McDonald’s tweets about Trump’s “tiny hands”

One Twitter user offered to buy 100 McNuggets if the tweet is restored

Fast-food chain McDonald’s has claimed its Twitter account was “compromised” after a tweet appeared criticising President Trump as a human and mocking his “tiny hands.”

The tweet was swiftly removed and a statement was put out over Twitter. It’s not clear if the account was truly hacked, or whether an employee or management firm issued the contentious tweet.

Twitter notified us that our account was compromised. We deleted the tweet, secured our account and are now investigating this.
